Connect Youth operates 5 transitional apartment units for homeless youth in Leeds & Grenville counties.

Core Program
Our core program offers drop-in style services for youth where they can access food, basic need items, and compassionate staff members.

The Wellness Access for Youth is a collaborative made up of service providers who provider, refer to and support mental health and addictions services for youth ages 12 to 25 in North Grenville. The goal of WAY is to increase access to safe, efficient, effective, timely and equitable services for children youth and families living with mental health and addictions issues in North Grenville. Connect Youth provides staffing for WAY in the form of the program coordinator.
YMCA Drop In
In partnership with the YMCA of Eastern Ontario, we are offering a joint drop-in program at the Brockville YMCA on Monday-Thursday from 4-8pm and Fridays 2-6pm.
